Q1: can you send me an accurate picture? With BOX?

Onlymaker Only Uses real pictures; all pictures were taken by ourselves, you will get the shoes the same as the pictures. Also, you can check the feedback; all of our shoes are the same as the pictures, and all boots we send are with BOX.

Q2:How can I choose the size?

Each brand has its size chart. You can refer to it and check the chosen size
If you are not so sure about the suitable size, please tell us about your feet length and width. We will suggest helping you.

Q3:My parcel logistics information can not be displayed, or logistics information error; how can I do it?

Please get in touch with our customer service first. We will get the post office to solve the problem for you as soon as possible to ensure the safety of your parcel.

Q4: What if I buy it and it does NOT fit?

Before placing an order, if you ask for suggestions from us, if the size still has a problem, we will exchange the updated size for you for free. If there is a quality problem, we will reprocess a new pair for you after the confirmation.

Q5: When can I RECEIVE my shoes?

You will receive your shoes within two weeks. If there is no surprise, faster shipping, or an urgent need is still available, please contact us in detail.

Q6: What if I want to do the RETURN?

For any problem, please contact us first, and we will try our best to solve it. You can return the item to our US or Germany office if you still need a return.
